Vala AI

Vala is an AI assistant from Rue de Net that lives inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You ask Vala in plain language, for example "Who are my top 10 customers by revenue?", and Vala looks up your data and answers with a summary, tables and links straight to the records in Business Central.

What does Vala do?

Answers questions about your data

Vala reads data from Business Central, such as customers, vendors, items, sales and purchase documents and ledger entries, and summarizes an answer. It knows which extensions are installed in your environment and adapts to them.

Read-only – changes nothing

Vala can only read data. It never posts, creates, modifies or deletes records. It reads data on your behalf, so it only sees what you yourself are permitted to see in Business Central.

Vala's answers contain links to the records it refers to. Click a link to open the related card or page in Business Central.

Saved chats and prompts

Your chats are saved so you can pick up where you left off. Prompts you use often can be saved under MY PROMPTS.

Consultant support

If Vala cannot solve the issue, you can request help from a Rue de Net consultant directly from the chat. Vala writes a summary of the conversation that is attached to the request.
