Create Claims

The action creates claims for all open customer entries according to filter user selects. This is done under "RdN Claim Batch"

Options

Option	Description
Due date	If nothing is selected in this field, due date will be filled out with date when user creates claim. Unless there is a special setting on customer card in field "Bank system code". If user wants to determine due date of claims then user specifies date here.
Maturity date	If nothing is selected in this field, maturity date will be filled out with date when user creates claim. Unless there is a special setting on customer card in field "Bank system code". If user wants to determine maturity date of claims then user specifies date here.
Customer filters	For example, filter on no. or payment method to create claims only on filtered customers.
Customer entry filters	For example, filter on posting date to create claims only on selected entries.
