What Rue de Net Approvals Does

Rue de Net Approvals makes it easier to manage the invoice process from registration to posting. A user can create an invoice from a scanned image of an invoice or attach an image to an invoice that already exists. It is possible to send an entire invoice or individual invoice lines for approval to a selected approval group, and approvers can also receive email reminders about outstanding approvals.

Rue de Net Approval Portal provides a simple interface for reviewing, approving, and rejecting invoices on the web. You do not need to be a Business Central expert to use the Approval Portal, as it is designed for users who are not familiar with accounting systems. With the Approval Portal, you can approve invoices wherever and whenever — it does not get more convenient than that!
