What the Banking System by Rue de Net does

The banking system simplifies the entire process related to banking operations in Business Central.

You can pay outstanding invoices to domestic and foreign creditors, reconcile bank accounts and send customer requests to your customers in a simple and quick way.

Navigating back and forth from the trading system and online banking is now a thing of the past.

Automatic communication

With the Banking System, automatic communication is established between the bank and Business Central, which means registration in online banking is almost unnecessary and there is no switching between systems. The system meets the strictest security standards and is based, among other things, on IOBS or the Icelandic inter-bank standard.

Receipts

With the Banking System, there is no need to manually enter receipt payments from customers. Receipt payments are read from the bank and transferred to the receipt ledger. Receipts are then posted and in the process, they are automatically reconciled with customer debt, no entry or manual reconciliation and less error risk.

Disbursements

Paying directly to creditors through your home bank can be time-consuming. With the Banking System, you can easily retrieve outstanding requests for a specific period or pay based on supplier payment dates. Payments are then sent to the bank and posted afterwards, all without intervention in online banking.

Bank account reconciliation

Direct connection of bank account to Business Central facilitates all reconciliation. Bank account entries are read into the system and therefore the status in the system reflects the status in the bank at any given time. Then automatic reconciliation is run in Business Central and the bank account in the bank.
