Email Setup for Approvals

To allow the system to send emails to approvers when approval requests are sent, email must be configured specifically for Approvals.

  1. Open Email Accounts.
  2. Select the account that should send email for Approvals and choose Navigate - Email Scenarios. alt text
  3. Choose Assign scenarios and select RdN Approval Email. alt text
  4. The email account is now set up to send email to approvers from Approvals. alt text
