Automatic SQL Connector from Business Central to external data stores

Rue de Net SQL Connector is an extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central that automatically copies data from Business Central tables to external data stores. It allows you to maintain a near real-time copy of selected data for use in e.g. reporting with Power BI or other analytics tools.

What does SQL Connector do?

SQL Connector offers the ability to automatically transfer data from Business Central to an external data store like Azure SQL or Fabric.

Choose which tables to synchronize

Select any Business Central table and decide which fields to include.

Connect to one or more external data stores

Automatic change synchronization

The extension monitors inserts, modifications, deletions and renames in Business Central and executes corresponding commands on the external data store.

Automation

You can set up job queue entries that run the SQL Connector at configurable intervals.

Monitor everything on the dashboard

A dedicated dashboard shows the status of SQL Connectors, counts of pending, failed and completed operations along with job queue entry status.

Get notifications when something goes wrong

Configure email notifications for operations that encounter errors.
