Last Approvals
Last Approvals show the latest approval entry for an invoice or order.
Information
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Approver ID | ID of the approver who received the approval request. |
| To Approve | Describes the purchase invoice or credit memo that is pending approval. |
| Status | Status of the approval entry. Can be "Open" when an invoice is pending approval, rejected, or approved. |
| Comments | Comments can be viewed if the approver has left a comment when rejecting. |
