Scheduler Entry to Fetch Claim Payments Automatically

The action to fetch claim payments automatically can be placed in the scheduler. The claim payments will be fetched from the collection party specified in the claims settings. You must also specify there whether to fetch claim payments only, or fetch and transfer them to the income journal or fetch, transfer them to the income journal and post the journal.

  1. Open Claims Settings.
  2. Select a value in the Fetch Claim Payments Automatically field. Alt text
  3. Open the Scheduler Entries window and create a new one on Codeunit 10041505 for the version retrieved via appsource.
  4. Select the days to read in, start time, minutes between runs and start date for the run. alt text
  5. Set the scheduler entry to Ready and monitor the processing.
  6. Claim payments should be delivered and you can monitor them with the Read In field. alt text
