List of all actions performed on VAT return forms in the system. This list is used for traceability in the system and is sorted in chronological order with the oldest action at the bottom.

Overview of Fields and Descriptions

Field	Description
Year	Accounting year of the return form.
Period	Period of the return form.
Action	Action performed for the appropriate VAT return form. Can be Report Created, Validation, Report Sent, Report Changed, Deletion, etc.
Message	Message from the web service when the action is performed.
Time	Date and time the action was performed.
User	User who performed the action.
