Usage
Accessing Suggestions
- Navigate to the Time Registration Calendar in Business Central.
- Click the Suggestions action.

Suggestion Options Dialog
Once the action is clicked, a dialog appears where you can configure how suggestions are generated.

From the dialog you can select the following options:
- Use sent emails — Include your sent emails from the period as input for suggestions
- Use Outlook Calendar — Include your Outlook Calendar meetings from the period
- Use viewed Jira Issues — Include Jira issues you have viewed during the period
- Use updated Jira Issues — Include Jira issues with comments or changes during the period
- Period — Select the date range for which you want suggestions
- Language — Select the language the suggestions will be generated in
Applying Suggestions
Once you have configured the options, you have two choices:
- View Suggestions — Opens a page where you can review each suggestion before accepting or rejecting it
- Fill Calendar — Automatically populates the calendar for the selected period with time registrations based on your activities
Tip: Use View Suggestions first if you want to review and fine-tune the AI recommendations before they appear on your calendar.
