Usage

Accessing Suggestions

  1. Navigate to the Time Registration Calendar in Business Central.
  2. Click the Suggestions action.

Suggestion Options Dialog

Once the action is clicked, a dialog appears where you can configure how suggestions are generated.

From the dialog you can select the following options:

  1. Use sent emails — Include your sent emails from the period as input for suggestions
  2. Use Outlook Calendar — Include your Outlook Calendar meetings from the period
  3. Use viewed Jira Issues — Include Jira issues you have viewed during the period
  4. Use updated Jira Issues — Include Jira issues with comments or changes during the period
  5. Period — Select the date range for which you want suggestions
  6. Language — Select the language the suggestions will be generated in

Applying Suggestions

Once you have configured the options, you have two choices:

  • View Suggestions — Opens a page where you can review each suggestion before accepting or rejecting it
  • Fill Calendar — Automatically populates the calendar for the selected period with time registrations based on your activities

Tip: Use View Suggestions first if you want to review and fine-tune the AI recommendations before they appear on your calendar.
