Suggestions User Setup

Each user needs to navigate to the Suggestions User Setup page. From this page, users can:

  • Log in to external services they want to use for generating suggestions (e.g., Microsoft Graph, Jira).
  • Once logged in, the system can gather usage data from these services to provide personalized time registration suggestions.

Users can also choose which services to enable or disable for suggestions. For example, they can turn off suggestions based on Outlook meetings if they prefer not to use that data.

This setup ensures that suggestions are tailored to the user’s selected sources, improving accuracy and relevance.
