General

Time Registration Interval

Decided in which intervals time registries will be rounded to.
f.x if the interval is 30 minutes and a user creates a registration from 12:47 to 14:14 then the registration will be corrected to 13:00 - 14:00.
If the interval is 5 minutes then the registration will be corrected to 12:45 - 14:15. Currently only the "Hour" and "30 minutes" intervals work with the calendar view.

Time Period Length

This setting comes back to the fact that a Time Registration will become a Project Journal Line. This settings tells the system if the Project Journal Line creation is going to take place weekly or monthly.

Default Approval Method

Decides what the default approval method of new Project Tasks you create. The system will ask you if you want to change all Approval methods which have the current value to the one of the new value.

Calendar

Default Color

Decides the default color the calendar will display the Time Registrations in. Decide what color fits your company!

Workday Start - Workday End

The calendar will color the tiles in these times slightly darker so that they are easily noticable.

Notifications

Send Denial Notifications Through Email

Set as true if you want to notify employees through email when their time registrations get denied. Make sure each employee has a filled in "Email" field in User Setup if this is marked as true.
