You first drag from one time to another

Once you let go of the mouse you will need to fill out the fields in the following page:

Time Registrations need to have a Project and a Project Task assigned to them so that they can be booked.
If a employee wishes to create a registration without a Project or a Project task, that employee can mark the registration as "Personal".
Personal Entries will not be included when booking registrations.

After finishing these steps you will have created a Time Registration.
