Denied Registrations

When an approver denies a registration, the employee will need to correct and resubmit it.

Denial Notifications

When you have denied registrations, the system notifies you in two ways:

  • In-app notification — When you open the Time Registrations page or the Calendar, a notification bar appears showing how many denied entries require your attention.
  • Email notification — If enabled in Time Registration Setup, you will also receive an email when registrations are denied.

Finding Your Denials

When the employee has one or more denied registrations, the Denials action on the calendar becomes enabled.

Reviewing Denials

Clicking the action opens a list of all denied registrations, including the approver's comment explaining why each one was denied.

Fixing a Denied Registration

Click the description of the Time Registration you want to fix. This opens the Time Registration Card where you can make corrections.

After fixing the registration, submit it for approval again using the normal submission process.
